WI-FI Hotspot

I've read in several places that people are still able to use the wi-fi hot spot without signing up for the 15.00/month fee.

I tried everything to get this to work with no luck. So I finally called up Tmobile and added the service....kind of sucked.

Am I missing something here? How is everyone getting this for no charge?

Which phone do you have. Ive been tethering for free for 4 months now and my bill has stayed the same. Anyways was adding the plan easy? How did the process go? But yea i dont get how you cant get free tethering how have you been doing it
