Wi-Fi issues

Has anyone else had fluttering with there WiFi? On, off, on, off. So frustrating! Attempted reset, deleted and reinstalled password. Nothing seems to work.
 
Is this an issue using one particular WiFi network or with any WiFi network?
If just one, is this at home, or work, or some public WiFi?
 
OK, so when you refer to trying a 'reset' is that a Factory Reset, or a Network settings reset, or your router settings reset?
-- try booting up your phone into its Safe Mode and see if the WiFi connectivity is more consistent.

-- if you have any anti-virus/anti-malware app installed on your phone, try disabling all its features and see if that makes any difference.
-- try disabling IPv6 in your router's settings options
-- if your router has the feature, try setting up a guest network, using just the default settings and its own unique SSID/password and see if that WiFi network works out any better.
