wi-fi mac address on my android 7.1.1 zte phone

Every device that connects to a network (wired or wirelessly) has a MAC address associated with it.

It should be noted that in this case MAC has nothing to do with Apple. Rather boringly it stands for Media Access Control.

MAC addresses are linked to the hardware of network adaptors, when it is manufactured. It is hardwired or hard-coded onto your computer's network interface card (NIC) and is unique to it.

Now, because some networks can use the MAC address to track particular devices, it has been worried that this could allow tracking of you as you move through networks, even if that wasn't wanted to do.

So... there is a way of generating a 'random' address that allows you to connect to the network, but not giving away the identity of your device. In Android versions prior to Android P this feature didn't work properly and is generally disabled... for more information check out the link below.

its not just the mac wifi they taking over and chaning all my accounts i found files of recording of me talking its downloading tons of memory and data its even tethered and bluetooth the virus over to my daughters phone in seconds when she got close to me it tried sending itself to my computer as well it refuses to let me delete google instant apps something called persistent is runnng always hiding in google play services i has become my phone administrator and also on my gmail it have I know for a fact download all my credit card info this thing is in everything

whoever "THEY" are, and "whatever" they are doing... it is almost certanly NOT related to you having a mac address in your device.. and your attempts to change it will make no difference to "THEM"

Factory reset the phone, and if you're worried that your credit card details have been stolen, call the card provider and request a new card, explaining why you need one. And change your passwords, and enable 2 factor authentication on your Google account and any others that have the option.

when i click show system this shows up android service library, andrid shared livrary, android system ant hal service, basic daydream, blocked numbers storage, blutooth MIDI service there are duplicates of ofther factory apps, captiveportallogin, certificate installer, com.android.backupconfirm followed by about ten other androidappssmartcard service, fidocryptoservice, oma cp, key chain, fused location framework_res_pub that isnt even half of it

I have done three factory resets, I have gone into safemode and tried to delete it, I have disabled everything I could only to have my phone and messenger apps not work I am so lost

Android uses all the available memory, memory being fully utilised is just how Android works.
