Help wi-fi not working. mac address lost

You can scan for new wifi network. After recognizing the existing available network it ask you for password. Which you should be knowing. No need to set mac address explicitly. When it recognises wifi net work it adds itself

No, when I try to autenticate in a wi-fi network the status is "out of range" remembered network, not conected.
Thanks

This is nothing to do with your router etc. This sounds like you have restored/reset your phone and it has done so, but it has also wiped important details like your MAC address.

I have the same problem with my Android Starlight 2 (aka HTC HD7). I did a factory reset and now it's useless as the stupid thing wiped the IMEI numbers and MAC addresses.
