Wi-Fi off/on based on 3G Microcell?

I'd like to turn Wi-Fi on when the phone connects to my 3G MicroCell, and Wi-Fi off when the phone disconnects from my 3G MicroCell (or when the phone connects to a real cell).

Is this possible with Tasker? Does anyone have a sample I can plagiarize?

See what value the variable %CELLID has when connected to your microcell, you may be able to create a profile depending on its state.
