Help Wi-fi on = fb on

Every time I turn on my wi-fi or att network internet , facebook app and few others open up automatically. If I kill them with task manager, and then turn off wi-fi/att network, the same apps open up again (now with no internet access ofc). Ive looked all over each app settings and nothing on this. Does anyone have any solution to stop this from happening?

p.s.: I turn off background syncing and few other similar options but no change.

These are deemed system applications and will always reboot if you kill them unfortunately.

If you have never signed in with facebook, then the app pretty much stays closed. If ever you have signed or sync'd with facebook, that app will always come back.
