Help wi-fi play store

i have a htc m8 with lollipop o/s now i cannot connect to the play store on my wi-fi . i can connect to the store on a different network . on my network it says check you connection and try again . after looking into it some more i found this on my sonic wall .IPSPrevention alert:VIRUS AndroidOS Plankton Activity .SID:7024 ,Priority :High . unhandled link -local or multicast IPV6packet dropped) any body know what this is HELP

if i backup and reset my devices will that should git rid of it?

No idea.

Depends if you're really infected and what the infection vector was.

That could work or you could backup and restore the infection.

That's why I recommended a scan.

Start your phone in safe mode, see if it goes away.

If not, try a backup and factory data reset.

If it does go away with safe mode, you may be able to track down the offender by trial and error of disabling apps.
