Help Wi-fi Problem with Android Devices

Hello to the community ! 1 year now i changed my internet provider and put a vdsl connection . Everything was good ( i had a s9 + ) , But 3 months now i have this problem : All the mobile android devices i have cant connect to some apps ( like zedge , gmail e.t.c ) and it lags very much on google play store. When i use mobile data or other wi-fi they work good . Also i put a VPN and they worked well . I believe its a setting on my router but i cant find anything i searched a lot everywhere . Any solutions ? I cant see emails nothing :/ !!!

Generally, it is very difficult to diagnose your problem without access to your router via a local PC. Try resetting your router to factory settings and go from there.
Make sure you change the router name and password after reset.

Already did it. Also they send me another router from my isp and still nothing ( router us frin sercom )

Try disabling IPv6 in your router and see if that makes any difference.

Also, is this slow performance issue just when using your home WiFi network or is it also occurring when you use a different WiFi network? (i.e. at a friend's home, work, or wherever)

Only in my wi-fi its the issue .. also i read about ipv6 but i cant disable it on my router.

What kind of router do you have? Is it a modem/router unit that your ISP provided to you or do you have your own router that you bought?

Since the problem is apparently only with your home WiFi network then, have you tried resetting your router back to its default settings? If you don't have this problem elsewhere you should focus on getting your home network working again.

Its the router that my isp provided me . I try to do this . I connected 2 routers together and i connect my phone to the new router but the problem still persists.... So i believe i have to change something on my router settings but i dont know what xD .. Thats what im trying to find out

Well since you don't want to reveal just what router you have, this is just a generic suggestion but disable WiFi in your ISP's modem/router unit and be sure that nothing except your router is plugged into any of the LAN ports of your modem/router unit. All your devices (mobile devices, computer/laptops, printer, etc.) should be connected either by wire (Ethernet cabling) or wireless (WiFi) to your router. Be sure the Ethernet cable between your modem/router unit and your router is connected to the WAN port of your router. Your router is the focal point of your home network, it's acting as the gateway. You do not want to have more than one gateway in your home network.
