wi-fi problems

i havent been able to connect to the internet even though im connected to my wi-fi connection how do i fix this?

Hello cindia. Are you able to access the web without using your WIFI? Are you certain you are connected to your router? Have you tried connecting to a different WIFI.. say Starbucks or something similar? Those are tests to see if it's your phone or if it's your connection to your router. Once you have narrowed the problem, you will likely get the best help by following this link:
