Root Wi-Fi problems

Other devices on my network get at least 15 Mbps on my network. Some even get 50, but the Event is having... Issues... I'm attaching a screenshot of my results page in the speed test.net app... Any one give me tips to increase speed? I have root.

I use an app from Google Play called Andromizer. Below are two screenshots of the tweaks I've done to both WiFi and 3G:

Those settings have made a significant difference in both connection quality AND download speeds. When connected to WiFi, I get anywhere from 5 to 12 mbps, which is great for a low end device like this one. In 3G, it's about 1.5 mbps on average. I have tried some similar apps (like Pimp My ROM) that have higher settings for WiFi, but they aren't much better. For some reason, I think I've hit the sweet spot using Andromizer for 3G and WiFi.
