Wi-Fi randomly turns on

I keep noticing that my Wi-Fi randomly turns on. I try to keep it off since I use my unlimited data. Anyone know why it keeps turning itself on?

Go into advanced mode. they is an option for it to auto turn on if it detects an open network nearby. Turn it off.
