Wi-Fi Toggle in Tasker

I tried google and forum search on this but can't find it.
I read somewhere that the Power bar is a resource hog, and I'd be better off with individual widgets for each. Problem is, I can't figure out how to make a wi-fi widget work through tasker. I get the icon, and set it to be wi-fi toggle, but it doesn't actually do anything.

Any ideas?

I just tried it on my Droid and it worked fine. I know it seems pretty simple and there shouldn't be much to explain, but can you be more specific about what you've actually done that isn't working? Are you using a named task or an anonymous task? If it's a named task, does it work when you use the Test button on the task edit screen?
