Help wi-fi turns on when ever I plug device in?

Hello. Any idea on what might be causing my wi-fi to turn on when I plug the phone in to charge it? It's quite annoying. I have an unrooted Sprint with the latest updates.

I have tried a soft reset, and a battery pull.

wifi setting advanced always on setting change that to off. it will only be on if you turn it on.
