Apps Widget in window shade..?

Is it possible to place any widget in window shade? It would be great to have full control over the device from any place in UI by having for example SwitchPro widget in window shade.. Just an idea..

Window shade is notifications window which you pull down from the top of screen.

He's talking about the notification bar. There are apps that let you do what you're taking about. I use bar control.
