Widget locker not showing me the downloads

I tried installing the Invisible.wltheme.zip on my phone, then tried downloading it on my computer then installing it to data folder. It doesn't give me a folder in SDcard/data. It doesn't give me the option to open it via widget locker for the .zip file. Only my gaming system...Gamboid etc... Am I doing something wrong? Anyone? Please

The folder will be in sdcard/data. Keep in mind that "sdcard" is not your removable sdcard. Your removable sdcard will be" sdcard-ext" Hope that helps.
