I emailed the app developer these questions several days ago but never received a reply. So, I'll try again here.
1. I have 2 widgets that are visible only in the notification tray. Regarding the "Save current profile" option, are the saves appended or overwritten? IOW, if I save first widget profile as "Normal" and then do the same with the second widget, does the second iteration replace the first, or get added to it? If it replaces, then is the advice to save each widget under a different profile name? Is it even possible to have more than one profile? I need to save this stuff in order to upgrade to the paid app version, but the documentation is fuzzy in this regard (and I can't find where the profiles are saved, else I'd experiment and figure it out myself).
2. One of my tray widgets is a 4x1 that contains "Stay awake." Is there a way to set the default state to ON? I've tried setting the default state in Global Options but it always reverts to OFF after reboot. I would like it permanently on, with the ability to toggle it off. Since this option, by definition, does nothing unless the device is on external power, it seems like the logical setup (i.e., on battery it does nothing, but plug it in and the screen stays on w/o locking... unless manually toggled off). The way it works now, it does nothing (with or w/o external power) unless manually toggled ON. It seems counter-intuitive. Have I overlooked an option? Is this even possible?
