Help Wifi “connected” but no apps work

I bought my Oppo A57 yesterday, and connected it to my home wifi at home after setting it up. All of the apps worked fine and internet was good. I woke up this morning and the phone was fine, instagram and all that worked. I went to my dads recording studio for the day and connected to his wifi there, and once again, all good. But when I came home, my phone seemed to connect to my wifi but none of the apps or anything worked. All of the other devices in the house were fine, but not my phone.

Restarted the phone, restarted modem, toggled wifi on off, done everything I can think of.

What should I do?

Of course. All the other devices that are connected to the same wifi are fine. My phone is the only exception. It still works on mobile data, but I don’t want to use up all of that.

I recently migrated from an LG G4 (Android 6) to a Moto G7 Power (android 9) but now same apps don't work any more. I still get the eBay and amazon alarms on my old G4 (connected to same Wi-Fi) but on the G7 I have to switch from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data. ebay and amazon work on FF for Android on the G7 though. I toggled the background data, excluded them from all safety and VPN, changed the DNS, switched to guest Wi-Fi on same internet connection, rebooted etc. but all has no effect at all.
