Wifi app to manage multiple networks with the same SSID

Hi all,
I recently purchased an HTC Desire S as my first dive into the amazing Android world, however I seem to be having some problems.

Aside from the Grip of Death problem with my Wifi and 3G reception, the phone doesn't seem to be able to differentiate between completely different networks that happen to have the same SSID.
For instance, my parents' house has a Wifi connection with our last name as the SSID and the one at my house has the same name. We different passwords but the phone only remembers one network with that SSID and tries to connect using the password stored.

Doesn't Android differentiate between connections by MAC address as well as SSID? Is there an app out there that can help me manage them successfully? I've tried the default Wifi tool, Wifi Ruler & Wifi Manager to no avail.

Thanks.

I'll be a bit surprised if you find something. Rather than wasting memore (and possibly money) on an app, why not just change the WEP/WPA password on either router so that they match? That way you can seamlessly access the network. That's what I do with my house, my parents' house, my vacation house, and their vacation house. Or why don't you just change one of the SSIDs?

Thanks for the quick reply!
I guess that may be what I'm gonna have to do. I thought there would be an easy way without having to change all the passwords\SSIDs.
Thanks.

Wifi Ruler can differentiate by MAC (aka BSSID).
Click on "Only apply to the access point numbered 00:00:00:00..." when editing an access point.
