There's no question in your post, so it appears that you're telling us about an app you found. If so, what's it called and where can it be downloaded?
If you're looking for an app that displays a list of Wifi networks you can connect to, Android already provides that - but Wifi Analyzer presents a list of Wifi networks when you open it an you can tap on one to connect. That's not the primary function of the app, but it will do it. If you're looking for an app to create a unique SSID for setting up a Wifi hotspot in a particular area, I think you'd be better off choosing something (likely to be) unique and stick with it. Otherwise you'll be changing your client configuration each time you setup.
