Wifi buzzing too much

I was running high on data, so I turned my mobile data off. It's the last day of the month, so I've turned it back on.

I have a problem that everytime it sees a network, it buzzes. This is especially annoying at work since it sees the guest network that I do NOT want to sign in to. How do I stop this buzzing? I've never had this before until I tried turning my mobile data off and then on.

Near the bottom ... Other sounds | Notification
Is ... Roaming tone accidently on?

You could also try menu>settings>WiFi>menu>advanced and turn off network notification.
