Help Wifi connectivity problems

Hello, I bought a Galaxy S3 quite recently from eBay and I've encountered quite the problem!

The phone connects to my WiFi perfectly fine but doesn't receive internet connectivity! Every other device on my network is connected and I can connect to mobile internet so I really don't know what's happened! This happened suddenly and the phone has worked fine up until now

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Also, the touch sensitive buttons have stopped vibrating on touch, and the screen no longer turns off automatically! What's going on?!

You probably handed the phone to someone and that person played on your configuration... Anyways, do a hard reset if you don't have any important data on the phone:
