Help WiFi Dropping

Has anyone else noticed that their Nexus 6P is constantly dropping WiFi? I've got a 2.4 GHz network at home, WPA2, and two Nexus 6Ps. Mine can't seem to stay on the network, but my wife's works fine. I also seem to have similar WiFi issues at work.

If nothing else I'd love to grab some of the logs off the phone and see what's happening. Anyone know how I might do that? Probably something with logcat?

how does one get into the developers options? please lay it out step by step.

verbose wifi how does that improve maintaining wifi connection? i am having problems only at home w/ older d-link router which works well with everything else at home. at work, my new 6p maintains connections just fine.

thanks from a technically challenged member

Here are the instructions to enable the Developer's options. Verbose WiFi logging won't improve your WiFi connection by itself, instead it will log exactly what is going on with the phone's WiFi connection, making it easier to troubleshoot.

I have a similar problem. Whenever I'm on the wifi at home (a Sky hub router) and try and do anything that actually uses the connection it temporarily drops before reconnecting, repeating that cycle every few seconds. For downloads it eventually gets there in the end, but I can't stream to Chromecast etc.
I had an older wifi router in for a while which the 6P had no problems with, but that died and I don't know what the differences were in the configuration now. I'm guessing it could be an issue with the newer security protocols or multiple channels.
I replaced the old router with 2 new TP-Link access points and these have the same problem, I tried on different channels too.
I enabled the developer mode on the Nexus, turned on the verbose wifi logging and captured a few bug reports, but I'm looking at 420,000 lines of logs and have no idea what to look for or what is out of the ordinary.

Any help or pointers of what to look for would be really helpful.

Cheers.

[Edit] I also have a Nexus 5 that doesn't have any issues on the same network on the same google account.
