Wifi Error p970

[Android Question]

Hi, I have a P970, I was on the wifi one day and it just completly cut out. Now whenever I try to get onto either the wifi or 3G it just says error. I can't open up settings because of this error, and since my phone was wiped whilst being fixed by EE, I have no apps so the phone is pretty much useless.

Can anyone help me or tell me how to get rid of this error?

It looks like this might be a common problem with the LG P970. Some posts say flashing it will fix it.
