Wifi file transfer between phone & Windows 10 PC

Looking for a Wifi file transfer app to move selected pic files between phone & Windows 10 PC WITHOUT the pictures being put in a .zip file and then transferred to PC ?

Not interested in a cloud solution or paying a monthly fee

Are you looking for something that sync's automatically? If it's a simply wifi file copy, then Airdroid works pretty well.
