Root WiFi Fix For Valiant ( Need CWM )

You Need a Micro SD Card
You need these 2 files

cwm-1.0.1
RONE3_2014-02-27.03.37.08

1. Flash the CWM Recovery.
2. Extract The Whole 2014-02-27.03.37.08 folder.
3. Create a folder named "clockworkmod" in your SD card.
4. Create a folder named "backup" in your clockworkmod folder.
5. Drag your 2014-02-27.03.37.08 folder into the folder "backup" that you just created.
6. Reboot into recovery ( Hold Volume up )
7. Navigate to -backup and restore > - restore from external sdcard > 2014-02-27.03.37.08. It will ask you if you want to confirm the restore go to "yes - Restore"
8. Reboot when done & Setup and you're ready to go :D
 
May I ask , why did you need this. What was wrong with your wifi?

Maybe explain what that 400 meg rom is? It's unclear what it is?

Where did you get it? What is on it?

Maybe I wasn't clear in my last post to you. I'll try again.

If you "fixed" the wifi, I'm trying to find out, if you could apply your fix to a kitkat rom, since wifi was the only thing I couldn't get working.

Also, asking which rom you placed your wifi fix in, is not a strange question for someone to ask, I have used 2 or 3 roms on my valiant already.
 
OH, its just a CWM restore but its meant for the people who are stuck on roms that have non-working ROM's
 
Thanks for the clarifying that for me.

I'm hoping someone can find drivers for the wifi, so we could put them in CARBON kitkat rom, I liked kitkat but it was missing wifi drivers.
