/Wifi List Dissapeared

Had about 4 wifi access credentials stored. Did visit "settings" and made some changes but do not recall doing changes there. Now I find that there is no list of my usual connections nor can I search. What could I have touched to mess this up? Guidance sought

When you were perusing through your Settings menus did you intentionally or inadvertently tap on 'Network settings reset'? That'll clear all network related settings, including any saved WiFi networks that were in your Settings >> Wireless & networks >> Wi-Fi menu.
