wifi mac unavialable

Dear sir

i am trying to connect wi-fi network but it is not connecting message comming unable to connect also i try to add wifi network but nothing comming. i did the factory resit now message is in wifi status mac unavaiable

kindly do the need full to solve my problem in ANDROID TM OS 2.2
