WiFi Netflix Slow

When I try to stream with Netflix over WiFi on my Galaxy Note, the movie never loads.

I can launch the program and sign in just fine, but when I select a movie or show from my queue (even one that's been paused), it goes to the red "Netflix" screen and the "Loading" spinner just spins and spins and spins. (I gave up several times, but always after two to three minutes).

Over the same WiFi network (indeed, the same access point), I can watch Netflix videos on my Blu-Ray and laptop just fine.

On my Note, on the same WiFi access point, I can stream other media just fine (HBO Go, YouTube).

I have successfully watched Netflix video over different WiFi networks in the past week and the past month. At one point, I was able to watch Netflix videos over this network, as well (I don't remember last time I tried).

If I turn WiFi off and 4G on, the video loads almost instantly.

I have rebooted the phone, cleared the app's cache, uninstalled and reinstalled... all to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.
