Help Wifi -Not in range

I just got a software update to my Samsung SM-T520 last night and now I can't connect to any wifi. All wifi's show up as 'Not in range'. I've tried to reset the unit, forget WAP's and I even did a Factory Data Reset nothing is working. Any suggestions??
