wifi not working

My samsung galaxy grand duos has a problem. Wifi when swtiched on do not start. The scanning process takes place but the wifi do not start.
 
Hi ,

I do have the same issue. My samsung galaxy s-duos wifi is not powering on. Inside settings-wifi settings , wifi is showing 'turning on' but its not coming up. Already done factory reset, but no luck. Any help is much appreciated.
