Help Wifi not working

All of a sudden the wifi no longer works. I can't toggle the wifi from off to on in the settings menu. I'm gonna go over my data allowance help!
 
Have you tried restarting the phone. I've had my bluetooth on my Moto X act up like that, and restarting the phone worked for me.
