WiFi notifications

I don't have data.
Rely on Wifi, I had turned wifi off for a while, turned it back on recently.
Ever since then I get constant notifications....
: wifi calling preferences uploaded to optimize network...."

This wasn't happening before.
Any ideas on why ?

There was most likely an update and it looks like you now have the ability to make calls over wifi.

Not sure about that, I believe it was Using WIFI before, in any case, using or not, it send these msgs
constantly, 3-5 in a row right after each other, maybe a pause for 10 min then more....

Try looking through your phone's Settings >> Notifications menu for an option to disable that notification message.
