WIFI on Tablet won't work

I purchased a Nextbook Tablet for my neice. The WI FI is on and connected but when we try to go into Google Play, we get a message that the internet is not connected. Other computers and tablets in the house are connected and working just fine. The table connects to the internet fine at my neice's school. Why would it work one place and not the other?

I have had this issue pop up and, believe it or not: a reboot of the router fixed it. That's about all I can come up with. Make sure if you have WEP or WPA2 security set on your router that the phone's wifi settings for that network reflect the same settings. Good luck :)
