Help WiFi Problem - S3 won't remember settings

Hi all,

I've just jumped from a creaky HTC Desire HD to the world of Samsung and I'm having an odd problem with my new S3.

I have no problems connecting to WiFi, the web etc as described in a few threads I've seen around the place, but I can't find anyone with the same problem as me.

As I say, I can connect to any WiFi signal around, however, if I reboot my phone it forgets those settings and I have to type in all the passwords etc again. It doesn't happen if I leave the coverage area of the signal then come back in, only if I reboot my phone.

Obviously, I try not to restart my phone too often, but on the odd occasion I have had to, I've always had to set up my WiFi connections again.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hello to you. Haven't had this particular issue....mine would hijack your thread. :p
I know you said it gets lost when you reboot the phone; have you rebooted your router yet?

Yes, but the problem isn't just limited to my home network.

My office has a BYOD policy and I also have to reenter the details here (there is no automatic sign out type policy) or at friends and relatives houses.
