Try restarting your WiFi router, try restarting the phone as well.

Just to clarify some details, this is your home WiFi that you're having a problem with, and not a work or public WiFi network, yes?
Is this something that just happened recently or has it been a problem for a long time now?
If you have something like Avast or McAfee installed on your phone, try disabling all its features, reboot your phone and see if that improves things. Those kinds of utilities have become more and more problematic, creating just as many connectivity issues as the exploits they allege to fix/prevent.
You might also want to boot your phone into its Safe Mode. If you're able to connect to your WiFi network while running in Safe Mode that's an indicator there's some app you installed that's creating a problem.
