Help WIFI Problem

I have bought one new phone from Samsung Mobile India but it has a problem connecting with WIFI. It cant get Ip address. The same problem has been reported in Android forum also by other user. The model is Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro GT-I8552.
First time I think it is mobile problem. So, I have visited service center and they have replaced it but problem is continuing. Can you please help me ?
Another user face same problem. I also view the answer from this forum but can't understand the answer. Can you please discuss the step by step so that I and also the other user like me can be helpful with this answer ??? :)

Is this just when connecting to your own WiFi AP or any WiFi AP is giving problems? If it''s just your own WiFi, try resetting the WiFi router.

I've just bought one of these phones, Galaxy Win Duos which is the same as the Grand Quattro, had it about a week and WiFi has been absolutely fine on it.

Thank's for your quick response. The problem is that when I'm in Office I can't connect the WIFI. In my Office it's a secure WIFI connection zone i.e. when I connect with password then it's (my mobile) shown save and secure and then stop it's work. I think it can't get IP address from there. But anther mobile follow the same process and get IP address easily. So, what can I do at that moment. i already visit the Samsung Service center with this problem but it's (WIFI) work there.

bought a new quattro today and had the same problem. changed my wifi security to WEP. Did a factory reset on Quattro. could connect.
