Help WiFi problems

You have it set to turn off to save power? You have some power saving app set to turn it off? The radio is overheating?
 
Are you running stock firmware with no root? Have you tried looking for any battery saving apps that turns WiFi off when screen when the screen is off? Otherwise a factory reset will be useful to exclude software issues.
