Can someone please help, my Huawei ALE - L21 has just all of a sudden started displaying the wifi and Bluetooth buttons as grayed out and no longer being able to access these functions. I have followed the advise to do a factory reset, but still, I am not able to switch these functions on. Can someone please provide me with assistance PLEASE?
