Wifi switching on and off

I have noticed a couple of times when I turn on my TF (from standby), the Wifi is constantly switching on and off, at a rate of approx. once every second. The only way out is to reboot. Has anybody else seen this?

Yep, I see it also.
I can sometimes make it behave by stopping some of the running processes, but it never seems to be the same process each time that makes it work again.
I'm hoping that the latest firmware upgrade will correct this. One of the changes in the log was 'increased wifi stability', or words to the effect.

Thanks, so it looks like a solution is in the pipeline. I solved it by changing the Wifi disconnect policy to 'always on' and manually switching it through a 3rd party widget.

Yeah, same here, but a bunch of new problems got introduced with it. But that's for another thread...

Is anyone else having problems with wifi tethering to a (rooted)phone access point? I worked great before the update, but no connect now. (Phone is an eris with open garden wifi)

I'm also having this problem, even after the upgrade. Wifi switching on- and off after standby. Happens at different locations, access points.

Anybody found a workaround that does not require reboot yet?
