Wifi teathering on HTC Legend without rooting?

Hi. Simple question.

Can I find an app that will make my HTC Legend able to act as a wifi router, without rooting the phone?

as far as I know PDAnet is only using USB connection to the phone. to turn your phone into a wifi hotspot (wireless tether) you'll have to be rooted. Unless you have something like the Evo and PAY for the service to be a hotspot.

Have you tried unRevoked? It works on the Evo and allows wifi tethering apps to run.
