Wifi turns on by itself; android Straight talk

Wifi turns itself on by itself all the time and will not stay turned off. My Carrier is Straight Talk. To fix this uninstall the Straight Talk My Account app. Worked for me.

I had that problem too, but these turn wifi off for good, at least on my LG Access LTE:
