Help Wifi "Unable to Scan for Networks"

andoroido

Newbie
My wifi on my intercept is always turned off, and when I go to enable it. It turns on for 5 seconds, say "unable to scan for networks" and then turns off.

I got it to work once, it was able to connect to my network via WPA2 for a couple of hours. Then it magically turned off and now, all I get is "unable to scan for networks."

I have tried a factory reset, which didn't fix the problem. How can I fix this?

Intercept
Fireware 2.1-update1
Kernel 2.6.29
Not-Rooted Phone
Not Even a Week Old

Same problem, re-enable the MSID?

Update: I stopped by the local sprint to have them look at it, they were pretty much clueless. They told me to update the profile via Setting > About Phone > System Updates > Update Profile, but this did not fix it. Then I suggested they re-enable the MSID, but still no fix for it. :S

Update Profile: Doesn't fix the problem.
Enable the MSID: Doesn't fix the problem.
