You mean use your phone's internet capabilities with your wifi-only tablet? Yeah, it's called tethering.

If you run Android 2.3 and have a relatively new phone, it does include tethering.

Look up in the wireless networks menu, under settings.

Yes my cellphone has unlim data. I am sorry for these that I am asking these easy questions but I am a beginner to say the least. How do you do the tether and what is rooting? Thank you all for answering my first questions.

On your phone: menu>settings>wireless and network>tethering>mobile AP>turn it on.
