[Android Question]

I kinda want to buy a smart phone but, I just don't want to go on a plan. I just want to use my smart phone for wifi only. Nothing else. So my question is can I do that?

Hi and Welcome

Most smartphones will access wifi without a simcard present. Suggest you find someone with the model you are contemplating, take the Sim out and try it.
