How do I add a wifi network?

To turn WiFi on using an Android cell phone:
Open the Menu and press Settings.
Select Wireless and Networks.
Select WiFi Settings.
Press Turn WiFi On.
Look for a wireless network to use and select it
Enter the password (if it's secured)
Open the Menu and press Settings.
