One problem with the leaks is that terrorists do not play by the rules of decency and truthfulness etc, sometimes governments also have to alter the away in which they operate. One other thing in relation to these leaks, perhaps they do not go far enough in as much as Governments do underhanded things like Australia using the visa immigration policy to discriminate against those that are permanent residence for TAX purposes but disqualify them for social security purposes.
