Does anyone know how the upgrade to 2.1 will effect DivX? Will the Spica still support it? It's the main reason I got the phone, so want to know how a upgrade will effect the phone's performance.
Since the upgrade is made by Samsung and tailored to the i5700 and not a generic update, I would think it would, however since I don't have the leaked 2.1 installed I can't tell you. But, I think it is.
Yeah I am on the leaked 2.1 myself. I can confirm that it works fine. I also found that even though the firmware is not official it is much faster than the stock 1.5 firmware.
