Having problems with my Blu Life Pure. May have gotten a virus. Clock disappeared and other things were acting up. I restored to factory default and it didn't help. Is it possible to re-install Android 4.2.1 on this device via USB from my desktop? I don't know much about this stuff so I'm not sure. I did a backup via USB of all files to my desktop. When I did factory reset it removed all contacts. I hope they are somewhere in files I backed up. I use phone for business so I need this done ASAP. If someone can help me get this done via Skype I will pay you. Don't know what else to do right now.
