Help Will LG Thrive be locked again if updated?

I purchased A LG Thrive P506 cell phone from ebay. It is unlocked. Originally it is of AT & T. But its unlocked and sold it to me.

Now, If I update it to Android 2.3 from LG Website, Will it Be Locked Again? plz reply. thxx
