Hello and welcome to the Android Forums 
. It appears as if you are describing that your android is in recovery mode. You should be able to force shut off your tablet (usually just pressing and holding the power button for 10+ seconds) and then turn it back on without pressing any buttons and it should be fine. If that doesn't work then there may be a different method to do it all depending on what tablet you have. You may be able to find more info on your specific tablet's forum. You can find a list of the tablets on the site in my signature
